DSA Laptop Recommendation 2024

I am dyslexic so as part of the Disabled Students Allowance I'm being given a new laptop, where I pay the first £200 and student finance covers the rest.
The laptop that has been recommended is WKH 15 but there is no information about it online. Does anyone that has been/is going through this have any info about it?
I'm studying cyber security so I'll need something with a good processor, plenty of storage etc so I wanted to know if the recommended one will be good enough or if it would be worth me paying more for an upgrade?

The guy that he assessed me he told me that it will be a base model i5 with 8gb. Basically you paid £200 on top of the maximum of their £140 to get a laptop that values £340.
Unfortunately the reason they are “giving” you a laptop is for them to be able to install the software that helps you with your disability. They don’t really care what course you have and what you need for the course.

was that laptop from studytech?, i feel like different suppliers give different laptops, that said I'm hoping the suppliers upgrade their laptops each year because my current laptop is better than the lenovo v15 and they wouldn't let me use it because of its age.

If you are with Barry Bennet you can call them up and they’ll tell you what model it is . If it’s not suitable for your course you can upgrade through them but it will cost you additional on top of the £200. They do also have Microsoft laptops and I believe Mac’s too
