medicine in UK or INDIA

I have got medicine offer from both India n UK n I m confused on which one to choose..what r the pros n cons of both of them..which is better??
I gather it generally makes the most sense for you to do your medical degree in the country you plan to practice medicine in. While the physiology is not "jurisdictional" the healthcare systems are to a point, which is part of the process of the degree. Also doing the degree in the country you intend to practice in means you know it will be accepted as a valid qualification to license you to practice medicine in that country!

So if your goal is to ultimately practice medicine in India, it may make more sense to go to an Indian medical school. However if you would want to practice medicine in the UK working in the NHS it probably makes most sense to do the degree in the UK.
