Who is Norma?

She's Louis secretary, she is never actually seen apart from very briefly in one episode (I think) Louis adores and hates her all at the same time while she is devoted to him to the point where she never takes any time off in 35 years. Jessica speaks to Sean Cahill at one point and describes her as, 'the mummified remains of a legal secretary.'

It is about a student for law who has dropped at Harvard, but was engaged by a lawyer who was impressed by his knowledge. That is what I can remember about suits, am I right?

But the guy pretends to have gotten a degree, which is breaking the law and so they're constantly living the fear of him being discovered

That is what I have got about the series. This is the suspense what makes Suits so interesting, I guess.
