Accommodation Portal Not Allowing Me to Register!!!

So I finally received my offer letter of study, and the Student ID given within that email isn't working when I try to register for accommodation within that portal. It comes up with the message 'Unfortunately your registration was unsuccessful. The details you have entered cannot be matched to our records within Accommodation Services.'
I'm wondering if this is because I left things too late therefore the halls are closed for further applicants.
Otherwise is there anyone that has a UAL Halls Tenancy that they don't need for 2024/2025, Ill be more than happy to take over the tenancy )))
