I am looking to sublet my ensuite room at Urbanest Vauxhall for the period until September. The accommodation is located at Vauxhall and lies on the Northern and the Victorian lines. It is also a short 2 minute walk from the Vauxhall Bus Depot. Since it is within Zone 1, as a student of KCL, this has been an ideal accommodation.

The rent is at 325 GBP per week and the contract terminates in mid-September. The university stipulates that the tenant be a PG student at KCL, and therefore, that is the only requirement.
