Hello, sorry to read about the situation that you are in, it sounds difficult. If you are under 18 and still at school or college, I would strongly advise that you speak to the school/college designated safeguarding lead (DSL) about the things you have mentioned here. It is best to tell someone. Go to your safeguarding team at school and tell them. If you are anxious about talking, write down: bullet point things he has done, what your mum has said, and how it makes you feel. They should then explain how they can help you further. If they don't help, then reach out to external services: ChildLine (call: 0800 1111 or online).

It might be scary feeling like you are telling on your brother, but he will only get older and stronger, and if he is already displaying abusive behaviour towards you, he will most likely continue.

It is important for yourself and your own progress to get it sorted as soon as possible. Please reach out to someone!
