Will I get a refund for driving test?

So I booked one for a few months but I'm not going to be ready as I have to get a new instructor due to moving to a different area that the instructor I had won't cover. I've already rescheduled my test twice and was told I can't reschedule again or I'll lose the fee which I can't afford to lose, is this true? Can I cancel my test and get a refund? Then book when I'm ready? Not sure when I'll be ready and I won't be able to get used to a new car and be test ready in a few months as I'm only able to have a one lesson a week 😩

According to the official website, you can change your driving test appointment up to 6 times, and it states that you can also cancel your test and obtain a refund as long as you give them 3 clear working days' notice.
