Is my a level options good?

I want to do computer science,business and geography. Do you think these options are good ? If not what should I change.
Also, do universities prefer high grades or good subjects?

As above - look at the 'entry requirements' for the sort of degree subject you want to do on a range of different Uni websites.
Examples :
Undergraduate Courses, Degrees : Study : University of Sussex
Subjects - Courses - University of Liverpool

There is no specific requirements. However, they would prefer maths.
