gcse further maths

does it really matter if i dont get the 7,8,9 in this years exam, i feel like ive done pretty bad to attain them grades, id just need some clarification if to how i were to get the grades i want in other subjects besides this one. i got a 7 in the mock and think ill get lower due to how i didnt like this years paper 1, its also my final exam so what a nice way to start summer lol.

If you feel like you havent done that great you can always resit next summer dont worry. But that paper 1 for fm was pretty horrible so who knows you might actually get a 7+ if the grade boundries go down

judging by how others have done do you really think they go down, ive seen people on social media say that they didnt score as high, some did score well but their those who are amazing at maths. its of 51 last year for a 7 and more for 8-9. hopefully u get the grade u want btw.

Don’t worry - I think there is a good possibility they would go down, I go to a top 50 grammar school, only people in top set where allowed to take Further maths, and soo many people said they left out 4-6 questions or ‘failed’, and the grade boundries last year were so ridiculously high for Fm so I really don’t think they will go up, either stay the same or go down
