Looking For Replacement for Room in Valentine Court

Hi, I looking for someone to take over my 24/25 academic year tenancy at Valentine Court in Lincoln . The rent is £167.00 month which includes all added bills, parking space and a free gym membership to the on-campus gym at the University Sports Centre. I am willing to cover some of the rent so you will only have to pay £155 a month. The room is a classic en-suite bedroom and is in a 6 person flat. It is approximately 7 minute walk from campus of University of Lincoln and you will access to on call maintenance and security.
