should i give up?

ive got my bio paper 2 tmrw and i actually dont know anything like ive barely scraped a D, i feel like giving up on everything and running away. ive just wasted the last two years of my life and i dont know what to do. ive got some really bad thoughts on my mind so if anyone could offer some advice or help
