Predicted Grades

Am I likely to be offered a place at Bristol Uni for Law if my predicted grades are ABB? (the offer would be A*AA)

Put yourself in their shoes.

It isnt likely to happen
3 grades below is unlikely, but only the uni can say for sure. Just email them and ask.

My grades are not certain at the moment - I am just going off end of year exam results. What do you think the minimum grades would be?

Again, only the uni can say for certain.

Ballpark: 1 grade below is fine for a riskier choice. 2 grades below is pushing things but might be worth a punt.

Bristol for Law is very competitive. They score 20/40/40 GCSE/A levels/LNAT. Whether they drop at all is questionable but I doubt it will be more than 1 grade. As said only they can tell what they will make offers on and they do make lower contextual offers if you are entitled. There is another thread on here where someone applied to Bristol as an insurance with really high grades ad got rejected.

This, basically.

LNAT is always going to complicate matters unless the uni discloses how they weight each aspect.
