Hi, I am looking for a replacement tenant for a room in a shared flat in Portswood, Southampton.

The tenancy is 52 weeks from 24/06/2024 - 22/06/2024 (But I could be flexible with the start date as in you can do a few weeks later than that. However the end date cannot be changed).

The rent is £117.7 per week, not including bills.

Location is in Portswood:
- 10 minute walk to University of Southampton Highfield campus or Avenue campus (different directions)
- 5 minute walk to the big Sainsbury’s
- 15 minute walk to the Aldi
- 3 minute walk to Waitrose
- 2 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop (Waitrose)
