JCQ Coursework online

With JCQ disallowing posting of A-Level coursework on social media, what do you think the statue of limitations are on this?
Can I post it once I’ve been given my raw mark, final grade (results day) or even after that when my school aren’t required to keep my work anymore?
Just want to beef up my creative instagram account 😭
