Fail one module 3 times

Hi iam student of university of Hertfordshire i discuss about my one module is fail 3 times fnfa no other further attempt status my all subjects clear just one left plz tell me i email to the university they reply me ( At the moment you are 30 credits short of your 360 needed for an honours degree. The Board may decide to compensate you for this module when they sit. I am afraid you will have to wait to see what they decide. They sit in July.) Any one plz help me i was panic in this moment i have 26.1% fail module marks currently

Yes i have contacts my module leader he say i have no idea you whats the rules ok compensate mostley they passed students in this situation he say wait boad is sit in july and after sit they decide iam panic whats they decide plz help me i have 330 creadit just 30 left for graduation digree my visa expires on oct i have no idea what can i do in this situation i contact many times my module leader but he says just wait for boad decetion

What's your average, including the failed module? Is it a passable grade? I'm sorry that you're in this situation, it might be helpful to talk to your academic tutor and module leader about it, but ultimately, I think that you're waiting for the board to decided.

The Board will give your situation very careful consideration; we appreciate it's a stressful time waiting on the outcome. Have you contacted our International Office?
