Am i okay if i didnt complete my English Lang paper 2?

I completed every question with a lot of detail on English Language paper 2 and i'm still worried about it since i only wrote a thesis statement and a paragraph on question 3 which was worth 16 marks... Will i be fine and what grade might I get for that?
