AQA physics paper 2 help

For the higher triple paper, question 5.4 stated to find the acceleration of the trolley (3 marks)
I did speed = distance/time
I equated speed to velocity
Then did acceleration = change in velocity/ time
I assumed that the initial velocity was 0
Pls I’m so worried, would I get full marks ??
