uni of manchester accom? rusholme place/burkhardt/sheavyn/canterbury ct/richmond park

does anybody have any info about either of these places? such as general reputations or any experiences with social life, cleanliness, staff etc. you or anyone else had?

also is it true that fallow field is a big party area/not quiet and victoria park is more quiet, but also maybe more dangerous?
