Parents constantly watching talent shows with kids my age and comparing me
I'm feeling really fed up with my parents constantly watching singing talent shows from India featuring amazing kids my age who are incredibly talented. Whenever my parents see these kids, they make comments like "Wow, look how well she sings," "Their parents must be so proud," or "Imagine being that great at singing." It's making me wonder if my parents secretly wish I was as talented as those kids.

and they said they gave me medicines when i was young to make my voice very sweet and soft but now my voice is raspy and ugly

1 you shouldn't care me and mom had that problem and still do sometimes i know it hurts cause their opinion matters in your head but it shouldn't they should love who you are rn no matter what and 2 do you really believe they gave you those pills mostly everyone hates their voice
