1a) Examine the differences in rights protection in the
UK and the US.
1b) Examine the similarities in party funding in the UK and the Us.
2) Analyse the differences in devolution in the UK and federalism in the US.
3а) Evaluate the view that the Supreme Court is a political body rather than a judicial body.
3b) Evaluate the view that voter's choice is the most significant influence on legislation. (Something along the lines of this; I'm not too sure as I didn't do this question!)
3c) Evaluate the view that interest groups in the USA have a negative impact on democracy.
