Gcse leavers prom year 11

I need advice asap! My friends have have been ignorent and leaving me out on these final sch days and turns out they have dropped so now i have no body to go with to prom. What should I do?

To be honest, if your "friends" can just drop you like that... then I don't think it would be suitable to call them friends at all - so it would be best to see this situation as a sign that they are not meant to be in your life (you'll find your people trust me!!)
I'm sure it's upsetting to have the people you value(d) a lot treat you so badly and you may not even want to go to prom, but on the contrary going to prom might be exactly what you need! You're now in a position where you may not have many friends left, so if anything going to a social event is the best thing you could do.
There's really no shame in going by yourself, and maybe you'll even walk out with some new friends!
If you are outgoing and open to speaking to new people this will be easy, if you're a bit more shy it may be more difficult, but I'd say stop caring and just dance and sing your heart out and you'll definitely make some friends. In my experience, people are A LOT nicer at prom - I can't explain why haha.
Either way, be yourself, do what you enjoy, and the right people will gravitate towards you.

if they're distancing you that much, then there's probably no point sticking around them, esp during the end of school. if there's really no one else to go to prom with, then just don't go if its gonna be that lonely. quite a few ppl miss out on prom anyway, not that big of a deal.

if u have any other just like low maintenance friends i recommend sticking w them bc if theyre nice then they wont mind at all otherwise, if u dont then i still recommend going bc im sure there will be one or two people in a similar situation. and if all goes worse then leave prom and dont get too bummed about it- trust me it will get better

oh so basicallyy i l have always dreamed of going to prom as i can wear a beautiful dress but ive decided that ill go but im only gonna stay there for like half an hour. Im just planning on getting pics with my fav teachers and some people. I do have ppl to talk to but im not that close with them to just hang out with them like that if that makes sense!

There’s proms in sixth forms and some colleges usually, and throughout university with summer and winter balls. I went to prom with no friends and it was the worst decision ever. Went around by myself didn’t know who to hang with, sat in the toilet just on my phone waiting to be picked up.
