Local festivals, open mic nights at music venues, farm visits, visiting local rivers and going for a swim with friends. Check the water safety online first for rivers, though. If you're looking for somewhere really close so you don't have to pay for transport, consider pub open mics and entertainment nights, picnics in parks. Maybe ask around if anyone can lend you an instrument and have a go at that. Try decorate your room for cheap / using house materials (old curtains, cheap kid paints, cardboard from toilet paper formed into flower pots and gathering flowers and plants from inside). Could even start doing collage art and paper mache with scrap bits of newspaper, random objects that have unique shapes and some acrylic paint or nail paint or whatever. Visit nearby family and see if they can take you out on day trips or camping, or ask friends about similar.
