Cambridge worth a shot?

Should I apply to Cambridge medicine?
GCSEs (best 8) : 99999999 (ps. 3 of them were resits but originally were 8)
A level predicted: A*A*A*A* (bio,chem,phys,maths)
UCAT: obviously haven’t done it yet but revising since year 11
Extracurriculars: tutor for gcse triple science, hockey competitively, grade 8 LAMDA, grade 7 Cello, working at a cafe, (I don’t have many extracurriculars
Supercurriculars: Bronze,Silver & Gold Dofe, Silver intermediate maths challenge, Greenpower engineering race, Robinson access program, ran a medics club
Work experience: 1 week at a private practice in India, 1 week at private practice in the UK, 2 weeks shadowing in NHS
Obviously nothing is guaranteed 🤷*♀️ but should I give it a go? I was originally thinking my GCSEs could let me down as three are resits
Ps. I’m also thinking of applying to KCL, UCL, Imperial or Sheffield

Not sure I'd consider DofE a "supercurricular" really. The maths and engineering stuff also doesn't seem related to your subject area. Note they generally aren't that fussed about "unrelated" extracurricular activities for most courses at Cambridge (although for medicine there may be more scope to demonstrate transferable leadership skills etc, and other medicine courses may want to hear more about those anyway).
Cambridge generally isn't considered to be that GCSE heavy as they're quite holistic, and you have perfect GCSE results anyway (I'd note the resit factor is a bit meaningless because most universities in the UK see 8 and 9 grades as equivalent).
Note that you can't assume all medical schools only score your best 8 GCSEs. Cambridge will consider all your GCSE results (in context and holistically). Other medical schools may score all of them. Some may score none (Imperial and UCL don't score GCSEs for example...). You need to actually look at the individual shortlisting methodologies of the medical schools you're considering.
