International student accomodation in paris

I was just wondering where the best places to look for international student accomodation in paris is. I am going to Sciences Po for a year.

Also, are international students eligible for a DSE to access crous early? I am on the max student loan / bursaries but from what I can see all international students are given the same limited priority for crous housing.

Anyone know any cheap student housing flats? I'm not willing to spend more than £500 a month. I've know that this is possible but very difficult.
