science + maths a levels, 5-5 and 5 at gcse

really want to do chemistry biology and maths at a level, can only get 5-5 in science gcse and 5 in maths gcse because i took the foundation option; there was not an option for me to do higher the college i am going to requires 6-6 in science and 6 in maths to do those a levels and so do most other schools. i really want to take those subjects though; does anyone know if it could be possible, do they ever make exceptions? anyone else done those a levels with grade 5 at gcse??
