science + maths a levels, 5-5 and 5 at gcse

really want to do chemistry biology and maths at a level, can only get 5-5 in science gcse and 5 in maths gcse because i took the foundation option; there was not an option for me to do higher :frown: the college i am going to requires 6-6 in science and 6 in maths to do those a levels and so do most other schools. i really want to take those subjects though; does anyone know if it could be possible, do they ever make exceptions? anyone else done those a levels with grade 5 at gcse??

Definitely try get in contact with the college, my college says you need a 6 for maths and science but there are people in my class who didnt get higher than 5's in maths and science, if you explain that you didn't have the option to do higher, they might make an exception.
