medicine and dentistry application help pls!!!

If I pick 4 unis for dentistry can my back-up be medicine? I have heard a few differing opinions on this and would appreciate any help.

yes it can, but the only way to successfully do this is apply somewhere that doesn't look at personal statement at all, because you will have a dent focused ps. also people have different opinions on this because you would potentially be taking an offer from someone who is fully committed and passionate about med

There are very few medical school who dont look at personal statement such as Brighton & Sussex and mabye Sheffield and exter. I'd suggest looking at the aspiring medics 'personal statement guide' as there's a list of what and how unis will use the personal statement or if they won't use it at all.
