There is immense support from the Talent Team which helps you prepare for interviews where the team can do mock interviews with you, and then provide you with feedback. The Talent Team also assists with formatting your CV and what to include which is really beneficial and how to go about applying for a placement. I used the service to help with my CV and they really helped as I could format my CV to tailor to what companies were looking for!
