Your best option would be to take a one-year conversion course following your current degree. The conversion course will need to be accredited by British Psychological Society (BPS) - you can find a list of such courses at https://portal.bps.org.uk/Accredited-Courses (select Conversion Programmes from the Programmes list and Currently Accredited Programmes from the Accredited Status list).

You will note that these conversion courses are (almost) all Master's degrees. So you'll then have a BSc in Health and Social Care and a MSc in Psychology.

The above would allow to to apply for roles such as Assistant Psychologist or a Clinical Associate in Psychology. To carry the job title Clinical Psychologist, Forensic Psychologist, Educational Psychologist, etc. further postgraduate training would be required - normally at doctoral level.
