Physiotherapy Vs Physician Associate MSc

Which one of these professions is more highly regarded within the NHS? I always wanted to be a doctor in the past, so l am leaning towards PA. That said, the MSc in Physiotherapy is much better funded. The PA MSc is currently only partially funded, if that, which is a disgrace. I can't afford the MSc to train as a PA as things stand, but the government will hopefully sort it out over the next few years.
