Course change

Hello. Does anyone currently studying at the University of Manchester have any experience changing courses from one department to the next before getting a CAS letter?

I have got an offer from the university with a fashion management major but I have decided to switch to modern language and business management due to financial reasons. I have already contacted the language department's staff, and she said to send out a new personal statement for the new major, which I did. I am just worried that I might not be able to change my major. Please reach out.
