happy july, lovelies! pinch punch first day of the month :biggrin:

! kicking things off with a lovely tsr diaries entry ofccc 🍇! and guess as it's 1st july, i finally decided to start @kayleigh_t.27's challenge - and i am going to try and do it for a month!
my habits are:

•

to update this blog :biggrin:

•

5 min daily meditation

•

answer a journal prompt in the morning

•

walk outside for at least 5 mins

•

mindpal brain workout

•

30 mins duolingo (japanese, spanish & french)

•

listen to happy/upbeat music

•

read for 45 mins

•

message at least 1 friend

•

drink a lot of water!!

•

no more than 3 hours of screen time

•

write in journal in evening

i've done most of these today, but yet to do some as i wind down inc. reading & checking screen time :smile:

hello everyone - hope you are doing well! as always, i am trying my best to keep up with my habits - including updating this blog :smile:

! mostly at home, i have just literally been chilling and watching a few wimbledon matches on tv 🎾 :biggrin:

! this summer is literally going to be the summer of sport and i can't wait 🎾⚽

also tomorrow is the general election day!! let's see how that turns out :smile:
