Go to the GP and they can help you, the sooner the better. My brother was diagnosed with diabetes a few years ago and to diagnose it they need a blood test
I think but you need to go to your GP as soon as possible. If you feel really awful go to A and E. If you do have diabetes and you leave it then you can end up in a coma so please seek medical attention as soon as you can. I hope you feel better soon.

Not everyone has the same symptoms, please dont leave it to go to the GP. It’s really dangerous because if it is diabetes then your cells are not recivining glucose and you will end up in a coma. What is possible more important for you to be doing than preventing this? Sorry if that sounds harsh but its really serious!

Diabetes can just come suddenly (onset can be in only a few weeks or less). I dont know your parents credentials but unless they are doctors or well informed about diabetes (I would consider myself relatively well informed due to my brother) I wouldn’t trust their judgement entirely. When my brother was diagnosed the glucose tester said he had normal levels until they tested his blood properly, the level of glucose was so high that the machine couldn’t display the reading. Exams are very important and I understand that (also doing exams currently) but your health is more important than your grades, please seek medical help if you are this concerned.

I'm sorry to hear that. Have you noticed any symptoms out of the blue and sought immediate treatment? Or has it been a long-term condition for you?

I have noticed unusual symptoms like extreme hunger that doesn’t seem to go away even after eating and extreme fatigue no energy to do anything but I might just be overthinking because I don’t have the main symptoms

Those could be some of the symptoms of diabetes as mentioned by some relatives of mine who also have it. Anyway, don't worry. You should try to book a GP appointment to figure out what's actually happening. Hopefully, everything will be alright.

Hey there! If you suspect you have diabetes, don’t panic. It’s crucial to see a healthcare professional for proper diagnosis and guidance. Schedule an appointment with your primary care physician or a specialist like an endocrinologist. They’ll conduct tests to determine your condition accurately. Remember, worrying won’t help, so please let the experts assess your symptoms. Take care.

Looking aside that this reads like it came from ChatGPT, you've literally just repeated the same advice from 4wks ago which our OP agreed to.

I'm sorry to hear you're going through this :frown: Best to get some cover if it runs in the family. I know you said you don't have the time to see a doctor rn but please do asap. If you actually have diabetes but you don't know it, keep in mind that your blood sugar is not really under control... Take care!
