Conditional offer 2:1 but I got 2:2 for Bar Course and LLM

Hi everyone, I missed the 2:1 mark I got 59.54 overall and my university is unwilling to change it. I have just submitted my appeal but I am scared to send my results to ULAW as they require a 2:1. Do you think they’ll still have me?

Regarding my appeal do you think they’d accept it? I applied under exceptional circumstances I have long-term on-going mental health issues which spiked during my first sem because of a sexual harassment case. I appealed that module and was denied, twice. Since then I have worked hard to bring my grades back up and they have mostly been high 2:1 but I still ended up with a 2:2. I appealed again and don’t have high hopes.

(I've moved your thread to the Uni Life section as you've got questions about both your postgrad offer and the appeals process at undergrad and you'd posted it under Medicine courses.)

Even if you appeal is denied, you might still get admitted as a near miss. I would submit any evidence about your circumstances along with your results.
