My course will end next year by September including internship. So I want to take admission in fall September 2025 .. Currently I am studying and doing practicals as a technician but I wanna do master's in radiation therapy.. It's my first preference.

Isn't your bachelors enough to enable you to work as a radiotherapist in India?
The pre-registration radiotherapy masters courses in the UK are 2-year condensed versions of the 3-year undergraduate courses. They are aimed at students whose undergraduate is in a life science or similar to train them to become radiotherapists. Graduates from both the 3-yr undergraduate and 2-yr pre-reg masters enter the NHS (the UK's main employer of radiotherapists) at the same level.
The other masters courses that are available for radiotherapy are for practising radiotherapists who wish to advance their career with additional qualifications. Applications need to be supported with a letter from the employer. Such as this course at Sheffield Hallam:

You will need to read through the course details and the entry requirements on the uni websites to see if the course will deliver what you want and if you meet the requirements.

You will need to check that your chosen Uni(s) will accept your degree.
Some Indian degrees are not considered equivalent to UK honours degrees.
