Always tired

I’m 17 but I always feel tired no matter how much I eat or sleep. It’s become a habit now to just go to bed after college each day and it’s affecting how much revision I get done. It’s been this way since I was 15.

I would perhaps suggest that you make a appointment with your GP asap and discuss with them what has been happened with you as they will discuss all the possible options of what the causes are for you being tired.....

Below is the link to the NHS website for conditions like this, perhaps have a read through it for some guidance until you see your GP. There are many different possibilities of the cause but I will leave that up to your own GP to discuss it with you.... not a doctor but a nurse ( midwife)

Nobody can discuss this with you due to tsr rules, so contact your GP for a appointment either face to face or in person at the surgery.

Thanks for the suggestions. Before I go to the gp, do you reckon it could also be from a lack of exercise because I got told it might be because I don’t exercise often

Nope lack of exercising wouldn't affect the reasons why you are always tired 😴 best talking to your GP about it and see what advice they tell you.
