Accommodation Tenancy take over

I initially planned to stay at Beton house in Sheffield but I am no longer able to. If there is anyone who would love to stay here please let me know. This is a student accommodation in sheffield. I need someone to take over my contract. Please contact me.

The rent for 51 week is around 6700£ I believe but I am willing to give you discount of 2000£ off. It means that it will cost you only 4700£ for 51 weeks.
