disqualified for having a calculator

Today i had two exams, chemistry in the morning and computer science in the afternoon. The chemistry paper was a calculator paper so i obviously had a calculator in my pencil case. I finish my exam and had to wait around1 and a half hours for my cs exam. i spent most of that time just destressing and getting some food. The cs exam come around so i grab my pencil case and go to my seat. i start doing my cs paper and about 1 hour in an invigilator starts looking at me and starts talking to the other invigilators. i thought it was nothing but gossip or sthmn but finally when i finished my paper one of the invigilators came to me and told me to stay behind. i was confused as i didnt do anything wrong but once everyone left the exam room they have told me they suspect me of malpractice and i have to write a report to JCQ or the exam board icr. they explained to me that the cs paper was a non-calculator paper and they saw me have my calculator in my pencil case. i tried explaining that i haven't even touched it but they weren't having non of it and even told me that i will be lucky not being disqualified from all my exams and they said they will write their reports but they made it sound like their against me. The non-calculator rule is mainly for paper 1 anyways, for paper 2 its mostly writing so i honestly don't even know where i would of used it. Please someone tell me what's going to happen like I'm so nervous.
If your paper does not involve calculations then it could be an honest mistake and you might get lucky and get away with a warning. Invigilator are telling you the worst case scenario. Someone got away with a warning after accidentally wearing a smart watch so wait and see.

I honestly think your invigilators are being a bit overdramatic. Why would you be disqualified from ALL your exams if you’ve only bought in a calculator for one of them?
Also if the paper didn’t actually have any need for a calculator then it would be so obvious that it was an honest mistake - don’t stress and take it easy!
