A-level literature coursework

So, we’ve started to look at options for our course work for NEA in English literature, our exam board is edexcel.
Does anyone know any good romance books I can compare and analyse as I want to look at how romance is presented?

Thank you, I chose pride and prejudice for one of them!
I don’t do AS, but I did have an exam today, I’m not sure if you do the same texts. It was on masculinity for Othello and for Dr Faustus it was about presentations of control or over-reaching (ambition).
I hope that helps. Good luck!
