Don’t be scared!! The most important thing is you’ve made your decisions now, so the best thing to do is for you to be confident in your decision going into 6th form.

The fact that you have chosen subjects you enjoy is the important, even if the step up is tough, as from experience it was my enjoyment of the subjects that I took that helped me through my Alevels.

Try not to stress yourself over your choices, and worse comes to worst you can switch to another subject at the start.

Your poor hands will be killing. If any i’d swap out history or english lit, as film is super easy. But wait for the year to start and see what you prefer as you can change within the first few weeks. Make sure they are subjects you enjoy, as unless you’re going to become a doctor or surgeon, grades are the priority not subjects.

Alevels are going to be hard with a big work load. Don't just pick ones that are easier - pick the ones you enjoy or the ones that would be most useful to you. Everyone I know who takes English lit and history adore them both. If you are interested in them, then theres no point in worrying. Don't swap them for stuff you don't find interesting otherwise motivation will come even harder.
