i think my friend's boyfriend said something about her mental health

my friend walked out of a lesson so i told her boyfriend in case anything serious had happened/was going to happen

during this conversation, he said her panic attacks are annoying. i don't know if he meant annoying for him or annoying for her

if he meant it was annoying for them, i feel like i should tell her that he said that but i don't want to get involved in their relationship and/or cause an argument between them

do you think i would be getting involved in their relationship if i tell her what he said?

No, because you don't know what he meant.
You don't get involved not only because you don't know what he meant, but because actually whichever way he meant it there's no suggestion that he doesn't take them seriously and doesn't want to offer her support. They're obviously annoying for her, so there's no issue if he meant it that way. But actually, supporting people through panic attacks can be very difficult as well, particularly for teenagers who may well lack the maturity and knowledge to provide that support effectively. Obviously the word 'annoying' mind not be the best way of expressing that, but I can well imagine it being something that he does find very difficult. So either way, I don't think it's something that is some sort of red flag that you need to go to your friend with. I think you should very clearly be leaving it alone.

No, not until you see him saying more stuff about her behind her back. Like it’s starting to sound like he’s annoyed at her, being her boyfriend and is tired of dealing too many stuff about her. But honestly, him saying her panic attacks are annoying kinda triggers to hear him say that about her. Keep in mind. Don’t forget about it.
