Tuition loan

I am from Northern Ireland and I have been offered a place to study veterinary in Poland (Warsaw university of life sciences). Also, I have applied to study in Wroclaw. I'm not in a position where I can fund my own tuition. Does anyone have advice on where I can get a loan/grant/scholarship? Loads of students from UK and Ireland attend universities in Poland however I have no idea how they are funding their studies! I have contacted the uni and NAWA but they have only advised me on scholarships which cover living expenses not tuition. Any advice at all would be much appreciated!!
