Open University funding

Hey there! I attended a traditional university as an undergraduate around 2013, but I didn't end up completing my degree, so I don't have any qualifications. What are the chances of me getting part-time financial support for an Open University course at this point?

I didnt have previous qualifications to apply for OU course, some of my OU uni friends were able to transfer credits to reduce their study time, so this might also be an option for you.

As above, you can get credit transfer potentially.

Aside from that, part-time funding (note all study at the OU is classified as part-time, regardless of study intensity - i.e. you could do 120 credits a year and it's still funded through the part-time funding model) is separate to full-time funding and prior full-time study should not affect your entitlement to part-time funding unless you gained any qualifications through your previous study and the course you're doing at the OU is an equivalent or lower level qualification (ELQ) relative to the one you already have.

If you got an exit award from your previous institution (e.g. CertHE, DipHE etc) then this may affect your entitlement, although I'm not 100% certain on how it works.

I think it's fairly likely you could get funding but without all the details I can't say for certain.
