Haven’t received offer letter

I’ve got and accepted a place from Coventry University through UCAS about 2 weeks ago. My accommodation are asking me to supply an offer letter but I haven’t received one through the post or email. Am I meant to get one? Any ideas on where to find it would be great!
Hi there,
Coventry University student ambassador here!
I can understand when you're eagerly waiting on something it can feel daunting though you have nothing to worry about as I would recommend you check the type of offer letter you've received. If it is a "conditional offer" letter then you would be require to meet some conditions stated on it. Upon meeting those is then you're supposed to wait for the "unconditional offer" letter which is the final letter. If you've already received an "unconditional letter" you're not to wait for another as after accepting this and hence further submitting the deposit you will be beginning your enrolment process with the university.
All official documents and offer letters are sent via email or post.
I hope this helps, and we are excited to see you this September!
Best reagards,
Harleen.

Hi there,
I applied to cov uni and got a conditional offer. I fulfilled all conditions including paying the 4000 pounds. After that there has been no response from the Uni. Emails are not responsed to , everytime u call admissions they keep on saying they are working on it.its been 3 months and September is near. I have never received my offer letter nor cas shield link and I need to apply for my visa. I really don't know how Cov uni gets away with this but I'm to withdraw my application by the end of this month

Hello there,
Coventry University student ambassador here,
Firstly, I am so sorry you had to face this type of situation concerning your application process.
From my experience being an international student in Coventry University I applied for the January intake and the start date of my course being 9 January I received my CAS on 9 of December which might seem pretty close but I think that's around usually the rough time line to receive the CAS letter. it might can also differ for various students but I am just giving this suggestion from what I have experienced.
So I would say you don't have much to worry about as you have still got plenty of time to receive it.
In regards to visa you can always apply for a priority visa if you're cramped up on time or either ways university will allow a late start date for you if there was a delay from their side. until which you can also attend your Classes online while having access to all the resources.
Lastly I would say if you have given your CAS interview and have submitted all the documents necessary you don't have to panic as it will come around.
Moreover, if there is any more delay from the university itself you would have the option to transfer your application to the next upcoming intake straight away.
I would say as September is one of the busiest intake of all. Admissions might be loaded with ton of applications to process that too with a high international applicants demand which might have caused the delay.
I hope I was able to help you out with this message.
All the best for your application and your future!
Kind regards,
Harleen.
