PFF1

Hi guys,
I'm currently going through the application for student finance and am at the stage where it's asking for a "PFF1" form from the people supporting my application.
I searched it up online and the only thing that comes up is PFF1 Northern Ireland, I am not applying from Northern Ireland, so is this still the right form for my parents to fill out?
Also I'm not sure if SFE wants the original document of this form or if sending a digital copy is alright. Im thinking to send the original form by post.
Any insight would be appreciated,
Thanks.

Hi there,

If you are Student Finance England then the form is called the PFF2 form. Is this for the 2024/25 academic year? You do not need to post the form and it can be uploaded from your online account.

Thanks, Drew

Hi Drew,
Yes, it's for the 24/25 academic year.
I'm still a bit unsure which document to send because on my SFE account, on my "to-do-list," it says "Send the Following -

Your PFF1 form signed by the first person supporting your application

Evidence cover letter"
The evidence cover letter is an address so I assume I post it. I would have also assumed to do the PFF2 but my to-do-list does say the PFF1 form, even though that's for SFE Northern Ireland.

Still pretty confused to say the least.

Thanks. If you then upload the PFF2 form: https://media.slc.co.uk/sfe/2425/ft/sfe_pff2_form_2425_o.pdf?_sm_au_=iMVH7LRWVnQF7k46v663QK6LpRHBt
This will assess the application in an estimated 42 working days:

Thanks, Jason
