Coventry university classfication struggle

At the moment I’m set out to graduate with an ordinary degree without honours in law due to not receiving the necessary 360 credits to do so (340 is what I got). I exceeded the maximum attempts of 283 CLS European Union law in second year I wasn’t aware that this would mean even if I averaged 100% in third year I’d still would have got the ordinary degree. I ended up averaging a 2:1 but because of this disregarded module I cannot graduate with honours. Is this something anyone has encountered before and if so what options are there to potentially fix it?

I haven't experienced this before but would advise you to speak to the university, course director, or your success coach to see if they can give you any advice as to how to fix this.
