Can I still get into a good uni with my predicted grades

I want to study Microbiology and Infection at Liverpool, but I need ABB for this. Those are also the grades I need for most courses I want to apply to.

I’ve just got my grades back and I got ABD. The D is in chemistry, though I’m fairly certain I can convince them to predict me a C.

I’m confident that I could raise myself to a B by next year, because although I got a D in my exam it was a high D, and I usually land C/D on the exams and tests I sit.

Do you think it would be ok to apply with ABC? And although I can see it’s extremely unlikely, ABD? This is for any school really, not just Liverpool.

Im im the sam situation for microbiology at Liverpool, only diff is i just finished my a levels. This year i got a D in bio twice (helpful ik) Have a conversation with your teachers and discuss if they would consider you bumping you up. I went from a BBC to AAB but I my target grade was AAA originally anyways. You have a lot of time to figure it out x
