Student Finance Marital Status - Uploading evidence online

I uploaded evidence to my parent's SFE account and got an email confirming it, then later got told email I needed to provide more evidence.
I've done this too, but didn't get an email confirmation this time - does this mean it wasn't uploaded?

Hi there,

We are unable to access accounts but just because you didn't get a confirmation email it does not mean that we didn't receive the evidence. If you want to check you can contact us. To access our live chat service select undergraduate and then ‘contact us’. From here you will be able to use our live chat service when it is available. Alternatively, you can contact us on 0300 100 0607 for further assistance. Our opening hours are stated on our ‘contact us’ page.
