HNC engineering
after completing a HNC in general engineering, can i go into MEng 2nd year and finish my degree? or electrical? I want to know what my options are

You would need to contact admissions for the University/ies you are intending to apply to. Provided you do well in your HNC, there are likely to be options available for you to progress to the next stage somehow. They may want you to complete a foundation year or similar first, it will depend on the University. Some engineering courses are very competitive and they have stiff entry requirements, often specific GCSEs and A levels or similar are stipulated.
