Pharmacology without Chemistry A level

Hi, im interested in a career in Pharmacology, but don't have an A Level in Chemistry. Im wondering if theres any other degrees I can do instead that might get me into this career field. Also, Is it possible to do a degree in ,for example, chemical sciences, then do a one year masters in pharmacology?

unfortunately, chemistry is a pretty big requirement for pharmacology, would it be possible for you to take it as an AS level?

I know for a fact you could go into biomed and then masters in pharmacology if you do biology A level and in fact foundation year in biomed would give you the chemistry foundation you need, however, foundation is an additional year and so you have to be wary of that financially.

I doubt you'll be able to do a degree in chemical sciences without chemistry.
I am head of a pharmacology course and while you'd get on to several courses without A-level chemistry, I think you would find it difficult unless you take a foundation year. The foundation year would prepare you really well for the actual degree, but it will be significantly more expensive than taking a year to study chemistry while working part time.
