Student Finance for Migrant worker

Hi !
I received student Finance last year.
Everything was okay till now - from few weeks student Finance asks me about loads of evidence - they stopped my student Finance asking about contract and p45 from current and previous job - I uploaded everything.Then they Asked about covering letter from my employer - did that corectly - now they asking about proofs of payslips from previous academic year when I was covered.
In previous year got some employment gaps - once it was about 20 days,secound about month and half - What happen then ? In rest of time I was employed and received payslips.
I am migrant worker with pre setteled status.

I can’t see live chat on my Account - called to the helpline and tried to explain that I was agency worker but one of your collegue can’t get that it’s impossible to get contract or covering letter from agencies …..

I provided all the evidence for current year So Why student Finance stopped my maintenance loan for that year ? Why they asking now about proofs from previous year ? Is payslips When I was agency worker enough - i did not have any employment contracts (Both of them been Asked) - it is really confusing dealing with that

I did that - now waiting for reply - but It’s really confused that SF got all the documents needed for current year and they asking about previous …..
